He's 34 and making a comeback
Ran a strong runner-up on Sunday at Bloomsday.
Love Diego. Glad to see him back.
I always thought that Diego would become a part of Hansons. Just seems like a hard working down to earth kinda guy.
“He said he actually runs more mileage now (90 per week) than under Vigil or Hall, but much of it with far greater intensity, which puts him in a better position to ace double threshold workouts and be fresh for racing.”
The article left me confused. Should it read “far less intensity” to make sense?
brahhh approves, hes a real deal dawgggg
He really pulled off a great comeback. Rarely seen and achieved.
Great PR in Houston early this year, he's due for a quick marathon. Any reason he didn't run U.S. Olympic trials?
"Ex-Olympian" is a really weird unintentional dig
He is training with Janne B, so he is mostly doing the same training as the ingebrigtsens/almgren. Estrada mentioned in an earlier interview that he wanted to keep his long run, so his training differs slightly on that day.
