I'm a hobby jogger.
I would like to race a local 5k, or maybe even 10k.
I am currently very slow, my 5k best is 22 minutes, but I started running like 3 months ago only.
I have 85kg and could probably go down to 80kg without looking very bad and scrawny.
Is it possible to have a 15min 5k time with lets say 80kg if the training is good, or would I have to go full skinny mode and weigh like 70kg?
Height is 6ft, or 183cm.
