I havent not PR’ed since the middle of indoor season(1:52.3) where I had 53/59 splits. I have one more meet left this season and that is conference championships in 2 weeks. My outdoor meet results have been 1:54mid, 1:52.6, and 1:53.7. I believe im in the best shape ive ever been in but I am just not executing well and I ESPECIALLY am tightening up at the end of races where I usually have a good kick. This weekend I ran 3:56 1500m(3sec PR),1:53.6 800m the next day, and 49.9 split(official) 45mins after. The 800m just isnt adding up and I would like to ask how to break what I think is a mental/executional barrier. Ive been wanting to run 1:50 this outdoor season.
