Do you run 100m/200m? What does your training look like?
I broke 50 at about 6’2 175 but I was also mainly training for 800m at the time, I think I could’ve actually used another 5-10 lbs of muscle in the legs/core but I think i’d struggle at 195. That being said I’ve only ran a hair faster than you. Playing with weight can be a pretty dangerous game especially in sprinting where you’d be sacrificing some muscular power. Maybe during the off-season experiment by getting under 190, see if it’s messing with your raw speed, if it’s not it might be the move.
Shedding muscle usually doesn't improve sprinting speed.
