Anyone mention this already? Took down Hal Higdon's American Steeplechase record with a 9:02.21 at the Oregon State High Performance Meet? Only guy that can top this is Josh McAdams.

Damn! And he won the race. What is he now, 43?
pretty weak record really
he's 44, and this is indeed impressive.
and anyone who says there is a weak masters record in any of the regularly contested events at any age group is speaking out of a different orifice than the mouth...
that's my story and i'm sticking to it,
cush
Good performance. It age grades to 8:20.19
His PR is 8:30 from 12 years ago
Brad Barton has M45-49 world record 9:06
M40-44 is crazy fast 8:38
There are certainly some masters records that aren't quite as lofty as others depending on the age group or distance, but they are all really good. Kudos to all masters runners who are still out there getting after it!
