What year is this?
Not sure it's too compatible with long distance running. It's more explosive movements, strength and they get some pretty hideous injuries. I like watching some of the videos though, they're like gymnasts.
I never was explosive enough for that stuff, but it would have been right up my alley if I had grown up where it was a thing. Storror on YT is kind of living my dream life. . . a blend of athleticism mixed into exploring and playing in different places and obstacles.
I like Storror too! The videos are very engaging.
