Maybe the problem is you more than it is the food.

Same predictable (and untrue) bullcrap. People are literally risking their lives for the American experience.
These type of videos are made to pander to the audience. It doesn't mean these are real reactions. It's a bit like Americans watching rugby highlights videos and screaming about how brilliant it all is and how much it's better than football.
When I follow European athletes on Instagram, by far the most startling aspect has been the caliber of food they show, whether prepared at home or served in a restaurant.
Actually it translates to the meals prepared by the team chefs also, although those dishes are pictured less often.
If you want a comparison of the utter poison the US allows into their food look at this ingredient comparison of US vs UK Domino's. This is pretty typical of what is legal in both countries but not some example of how great the UK is.
It's that American food is often awful in health terms.

The food in the USA is fine. I go to the store and get delicious cuts of fatty beef and some eggs and tasty high fat cheese and cream, maybe a few pieces of fruit and I eat like a king, a very healthy, for and happy one at that 👑
You can get whatever quality food you want in the US. Literally everything from cheap garbage to absolutely amazing quality food is readily available here.
If you think the food in the US is universally bad, you just suck at picking places to eat.

How do we get some quality grub up in this beezy?
Support farmers? Chef training?
Maybe you need to eat at better restaurants and shop at better quality grocery stores and eat a better diet.

C’monnnn get some fresh bread, sliced mortadella, pepper spread, swiss cheese, arugula and some mustard. Maybe you’ll change your mind ;)
Agree. I bring my food across the border to Canada. It tastes so much better there.

This one seriously killed me
As an European who was just recently in the US I think if you have the money you can get amazingly fresh food. But getting processed cheap food is so much easier.

Not sure what you're talking about. There's GREAT food in this country, much of it brought here by immigrant know-how. Michelin-starred restaurants, great hole-in-the-wall restaurants, great food trucks, delis, bakeries, excellent seafood on both coasts and the Gulf of Mexico.
Americans would sooner live off their chlorine washed broiler chickens than take the tiniest bit of constructive feedback.

I’m also a ketonut with mad cow disease that poops once a month. Being cheap, I like to go for the highest calories per dollar. All that fat is so mushy and slimy that there is no difference between input, adipose stores, and output in my insane bovine body.
Eat less, eat better. Buy fresh ingredients, pay what it costs. Go to farmers' markets. Join a produce co-op. Learn to cook, prepare your own food. Grow your own food. Stop complaining.
