Narve doesn't have a qualifying mark but would certainly get in on ranking. He'll have to probably push the pace to get the time unless Mechaal is up for it. Haven't seen much from Mburu to think he'll be in the mix.
Another interesting start - bronze medallist from Tokyo
Jimmy Gressier is also supposed to be racing a 1000 in Italy tomorrow vs. Catalin Tecuceanu.
Waithaka Mburu is also on the start list (10000m) for another NITTAIDAI meeting in Japan this weekend after his very underwhelming 5000 there. He's also registered for Nobeoka Golden Games a week later so staying in Japan for those 2 would logistically make sense unless he's doing neither
Mechaal is 33 and still racing and going to Championships. Respect
And grumpy as much as he is suspicious.
Much better for Mburu with 27:21 for 2nd, again beaten by Uni. student Shadrack Kipkemei
Not expecting him in Huelva, instead maybe Nobeoka

I was gonna chime in if this hadn't been posted, but you caught it again. Yeah I think Mburu now would have a chance of getting in in Ranking if it were to come to that.
Right now he is the odd man out, but he would of course displace a Kenyan. That is also assuming all the XC guys go. He also is probably not done running 10Ks.
