So, are you not actively contributing to the “back biting” as you say, by accusing this of being someone you think it is under an anonymous name and are talking massive sh*t in your messages to the rest of the club when you really have no idea and got your facts wrong? Keep Boulder, Boulder.
Now back to the subject - it's obvious there's some personality conflict on that team and it just didn't work out for Elise. Im sure it will eventually come out why she left in more politically correct terms such as “creative differences”. You've got a team or it's not really a team, it's a collection of athletes with differing shoe contracts vs one shoe sponsor with facilities built by Joe and Emma’s family. There's going to typically be a my way or the highway attitude attached to those situations and Elise hit the highway early to maximize her timeline for the OT’s.
Would love to refocus this on why cranny left and if anyone actually has any inside information about it
Sure, it would be nice to know why she left. If she wants to, I guess she'll tell us.
The one sure thing is you're not gonna learn anything from the psychopath who started this thread --and starts similarly psychotic threads about Team Boss about twice a day.
I started the thread and I rarely start threads. I was genuinely curious. I guess curiosity makes me a psychopath then.
Yeah, it seems hard to believe that a pro in an Olympic year would join a training group without knowing very specifically what they do training-wise and whether it suits them or not. The negative consequences are huge. To me, this points to personality conflicts within the group as the reason for Cranny's departure. Personality conflicts are not a trivial thing in an all womens group. I mean, Coburn left Simpson's group because of a personality conflict.
wrong, coburn left because Wetmore charges his post collegiate athletes, and Emma was too cheap to pay him. She lucked out because she is so talented, but imagine how much faster she could have been with Wetmore.

does her husband have a real job? because if not, i can't imagine they are saving money by having him coach instead of having a real job.
When all the hullabaloo came out about the uniforms, many people said the women could wear the men's kit if they so preferred. Is it the other way around too? Can the men wear the women's kit if they so prefer? Because I think if they could successfully wear that speed suit it would prove everything about the crotch being too narrow to be false!

Seemed like there were others involved too. All trying to stay on their feet. What are you saying? McGee did this on purpose? Common that’s stupid thing to even suggest if so

It looks to me like Kate Grace is out of Team Boss as well. She has been training mostly alone it appears, in Utah currently (assuming altitude camp) but can't understand why she doesn't do altitude in Crested Butte if she lives in Boulder? I noticed Emma C hasn't liked any of her IG posts for quite some time. Kate's sharing a lot on Strava/IG about her training lately.

They are both trust fund babies. The rich stay rich by not spending.

Switching coaching situations twice during an Olympic year is not a recipe for success.
She needs to find some consistency.
Emily Infeld is a shadow of herself after jumping ship
I said it once Ill say it again...how likely is it that a pro like cranny doesn't know how to train? I don't get what a coach brings to the table after college + 3 or 4 yrs successful pro?

I'm sure they're doing just fine financially, regardless of parental stuff. In her prime, Emma probably made A LOT of money from New Balance, let alone from prize money and other one-off sponsorships. Considering the number of athletes Joe trains, he probably makes decent money as well.

Infeld made the 5k team after leaving BTC and joining Jon Green's group and then writing her own workouts.
Infeld is just getting older, and I'm sure Team Boss isn't customizing anything to her strengths.
That's not true at all - she ran 14:50 5k PR last year. I do think she should try running a half at some point, with her 10k experience and the fact that she's still able to run well in the 5k, I bet she could run like 68 minutes.
