My friend Kerry Robinson (Female 64) is an age graded beast. She ran a 20.39 5k last year, which comes out to 94.16% age graded
I'm over 80 but I'm in the 45-49 age group, not 50 just yet.
I was in a race with a professor at Ohio State who at the time (2018) was 57 and ran a 35:17 10k. I think the age-graded percent was a little over 90.
I’m usually in the high 70s and have hit over 80 a few times. My last race was an 81 (18:20 5k). the sad thing is my lifetime PR is 17:00 from HS. I was never coached very well but I’m happy that I’m still close.
+1

In Australia, Lavinia Petrie w80 has a 24:21 5k for 109.45%
Two that impressed me a lot - Nolan Shaheed's 1:58 800m at age 50 & 2:08 at age 60
And Sue Macdonald's recent 2:22 for 800m at age 60.
61 year old French guy run 74' flat on Nice half marathon. Probably sub 35' 10k also on his way. Beast.
