I have for the past few years and admittedly have some crazy nasty pronation. Like foot completely rolled over. I have since started using Saucony Endorphin Pros, but obviously a little too late.
Height weight? As someone else mentioned already, RED-S is obviously likey. Your running mileage is in the sweet spot to best build bone density (better than sitting on the couch or running higher mileage), yet low bone density. 15 hours a week including cross training isn't too much if you eat enough.
