Hi, currently training for a 2,40 marathon
two weeks ago I was ran 5 X3km 1km float at 3:30 per km (160 AVG) . Today I ran 4 X 5km (1km float ). at 3:45 per KM (166AVG). Is there anything to worry about regarding this drop off . I raced a half marathon on Friday so could it be down to that ?
Telling myself it’s just a bad workout and weather was windy but wondering if anyone’s had anythig similar
