Title. I got up to 40 miles a week (very low mileage I know) and then picked up a stress fracture in my hip. Just a week ago I got up to 40 and the hip is flaring up. I would love to run high mileage but it seems pretty clear I’m unable to at 37. I’m going to fully commit to the cross training thing and capping at 35 mpw. It is an experiment of one, but if anyone is interested I can post updates. Also any tips or suggestions on X training methods are appreciated. For now I am using the stationary bike and elliptical.
