I spent pretty much of my indoor season at much to high a milage and now my heartrate is through the roof on easy runs, threshold, and everything. I feel really sore and fatigued all the time as well. Should i just take a week off?

start with a week and go from there. don't push your recovery though. i had OTS midway through 2020 and it took months to fully recover because i chose to cross-train instead of just resting.
Time for a reset. Go for some walks instead of crosstraining or running, get some routine sleep, eat a bunch. Don't put a timeline on it, just come back when you feel ready and actually excited to start back up.
You might need anywhere between 1 week and 4 months. Walking for exercise, plenty of sleep. Get bloodwork done for inflammatory markers, vitamins, iron and ferritin (will have to specifically ask for these). Eat plenty of antioxidant foods and good fats, even heavy cream can help you with fat soluble vitamins.
Good luck.
I'm going to assume you're young because you said indoor season, so probably highschool/college. In your position, I would simply take 1 or 2 days off MAX (maybe weekend), then take a week of easy running at a slightly lower mileage than normal. You'll lose less fitness and if you're young and healthy I don't see why this wouldn't work, especially if you really take care of nutrition and sleep.
Please do not take 4 months of. That's a horrible idea. You dont nearly that much time off and you'll just lose plenty of your hard earned fitness, not to mention missing outdoor season
