Just off of looking at this with no prior info I would say you are in around 14 minute shape.

12 x 1k w./ 1:00 rest could be done @ T/close to half marathon pace. You're strong OP. Hard to know without the 5k work. Go out & race. These workouts would better help me predict 10k-half.
