They use lorazepam for severe withdrawal in the hospital. For a weekend bender it's miraculous.
Hydrate. IV Myers cocktail. Go for a run if you can. Eat something like a cheesesteak or bacon and eggs. Nap.
Like guy above, pop a Xan.
A large glass of metamucil always gets the stomach feeling right.
Looks like you’re drinking Dana “Bud Light” White’s favorite beer.
Bud Light contains woke juice in it takes over a week to get out of your system. You’re going to have to resist the urge to act like a victim and get hormone blockers.
Good luck my friend.
Have a nice Bloody Mary, then tonight don’t drink excessively. You’ll be fine.
Stop drinking alcohol.
Drink Nuun, take an Advil, and go for an easy run.
Sounds like amateur hour.
Anyway, drink some water/gatorade and go out for a very slow and not too fast run. Make it an easy paced run. Keep drinking more water/gatorade.
Gatorade? Stupid overpriced posers sugar water. Glass of tap water with a table spoon of white sugar, $0 and equally effective. Still stupid.
I’ve never had a hangover. I’ve been drunk to the point of vomit and black out. But no hangover. I know I’m superior to everyone in everyone, so that’s probably why.
Cocaine is the one of the only real hangover remedies. Another is to drink more alcohol, but that can lead to a dangerous cycle. The cocaine option is probably best.
Switch to cannabis
Straight back on it. Couple of shandies then normal beers, back in the game.
On the few times I've been so hungover it warranted posting on a forum for advice, there's no way I'd be able to go for a run.
I remember cycling back from my friends after one very heavy night and repeatedly having to stop and be sick on the way home. It was about 85 degrees too, not pleasant.
Prevention is better than cure. In my late 20s I decided there was just no upside what so ever to alcohol. No health benefits, no social benefits, no professional benefits. I am so happy I don't drink and highly recommend it
Develop a relationship with the liquor.
