Daughter (14) is hoping to improve her endurance. Currently 2.27 800 but 20.26 5k.
Aim is to run an easy zone 2 run at the weekend.
So far though heart rates are strange. Slow 3.5km at 6.30km pace 152 average HR Vs 3.5km tough XC race at 3.50km pace 160 average HR. Both runs different intensity both zone 3.
Is it just a matter of the watch being rubbish? Or is there any other explanation?
