I found this quite amusing. Despite Houlihan having been caught and banned by the AIU in 2021, the USADA has still been regularly PED testing Houlihan since that time and all the USADA testing has returned no positives.Number...
He went from a fading 6th at NCAA to dominating in 2 months. Sue me for finding it suspicious
Like a week after NCAA XC he won the 3k at BU in 7:37 with a big kick, then doubled back to win the b heat (by a ton) in 13:22 with another big kick. I don't know why he struggled at XC, but he was clearly in great shape and would've been in the mix to win the 5k Blanks won in 13:03.
Don’t you get tested after winning an event and when you want to submit a time for record validation? Wouldn’t you be shocked if he wasn’t tested 3 times?

Yeah, this dude got good out of nowhere. If he had been a HS national record holder or placed top 5 as a true freshman at NCAA XC nats or something, that might have been a different story.
Rojo, the king of typos, why would you of all people correct the typo "our" to "are" and leave "your" instead of 'you're"? How about adding a comma and period as well?
