At 3:40 in this interview she says she drinks a ton of something I couldn't hear, and then says "I don't really drink water", and she says she drank 3 of that other drink that day before the race. How can you be that good without drinking a bunch of water?
Legit made me suspicious. 14:52 solo in a championship is just Valbymania; nothing suspicious there. We should have more college kids breaking 15. It wouldn't surprise me if she's in close to 14:3x, running 14:52 solo with a huge negative split. But without drinking water?????? Absolutely unbelievable.
A couple of years ago I purchased a homemade kombucha that had been aged to a tart vinegar taste. I ran a hilly cross-country race later on that very hot day in which I was heavily laboring, and freaked out when I looked down at my watch and was hitting a heart rate that was 4bpm higher than I had ever recorded up to that time. Consistently drinking that strong of kombucha would probably not be a good thing for teeth enamel.
Right. 0/10. your first kombucha was from a stranger on a hot race day
There's an interview of her at a pool saying she eats a lot of oranges. Fruits hydrate better than water.
Off topic but so what is the difference between her and the gymnastic girl and the basketball twins except she actually really good at her sports? Does it all come down to how many swimsuit photos one posts? I am presuming she is taking the higher road to success because she is legit.
Mad Dog 20/20 is 13-18% ABV meaning it's less than 40 Proof. Even if Valby were drinking Mad Dog, she'd **STILL** be hydrating with water. 82-87% H2O to be exact. Hell you could be drinking pure moonshine (80 Proof) and would still be hydrating with over 60% water. Valby probably doesn't drink straight TAP water (ie. ground water) cause she lives in Gainesville. I wouldn't consume straight FL ground water either.
Training in the heat and humidity of Florida and you don’t consume water? Setting records while you claim to run very little distance and mostly cross train. What law of nature will Parker defy next?
