Question for college runners, I am going to run in college starting in the fall and I’m just needing some advice and how to balance running, school and maybe getting a job. I’m going for an engineering degree and I know at some point I will need to get an internship. How would you balance something like that out? Any advice and tips would be great!

engineering is a tough major for sports, that and music and some others.
write down upcoming reading assignments and deadlines as a checklist. i agree with semi-scheduling your day. i would try to read/work ahead when i could. i'd take work to the library if neighbors/teammates were getting distracting and i had to get things out. work on planes/vans and at hotel. i tried to leave meets clear of work.
get your food. get your rest. when i was really busy i liked to cut out slightly early where i could get to the field/track and take my shoes off and chill out a little out there.
