A little lost to be honest. I ran 4:20 in early February off of base training and have a PR from last year of 9:13 in the 3200. The day after that mile I came down with Covid and it really knocked me out for about a week and didn’t run for 4 days and then kinda slogged the rest of them. After getting better and having my symptoms go away it’s like I’ve essentially lost all my fitness. Workouts feel terrible and stuff that was super easy before Covid are terrible for me right now. My legs feel solid but it’s like my aerobic system is just gone. I struggled to a 9:40 recently which is to be honest absolutely terrible for me. Any suggestions or ideas what may have happened in the last 4 weeks? I’m really just lost.
