Without noticing my foot landing changed a bit the past couple of days and now I’m experiencing experiencing some soreness around the Left Met (I think that’s what you call the area. On bottom of foot below the little toe.) The muscle area feels a bit sore too. I can feel it a bit too in the built up skin that accumulated from years of blisters. It doesn’t feel the best when I run but I can push as hard as I can on it with my fingers and have no pain. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
