misc (old, unused, to small, to big): dragonfly, avanti tyo, metaspeed ld, adios 7, peg trail 4, lone peak 4.5, fastwitch 9, hyperion elite 2, saucony hj spikes.
Train: Novablasts/Pegasus
Race: Adidas Sen Takumi 8s (5k to marathon)
Workout: Sen Takumi 8s, TypeA, AlphaFly1, Endorphin Pro 1
I would wear the adidas for shorter races but haven't raced a mile recently. I would (and have) race a non-ultra trail race in the Type As. I would probably buy new shoes for an ultra trail race (Kinvara or Rincon). For a road heavy ultra or run section of a 70.3/140.6 I would (and have) use the endorphin pros.
Sen Takumi/TypeA's are near the end of their useful life but will only replace the sen takumi. Alpha Fly 1 and Endorphin Pro 1 I got for racing but disliked both so do some workouts/uptempo runs in. I have a pair of Rincons on the shelf as trainers
I don't walk out the door unless I have the latest carbon plate technology.
