Kid needs to get in some fast races this outdoor. Didn’t really see him take any shots at a fast time the last couple seasons but he’s gotta be capable of 4:07ish. That was a dominant performance.
Corning boys in DMR, they historically turn in a seasons best performance in that event so curious to see how they do. Cornfield will have to do some heavy lifting for them to go under 10:20 with the current team though. 400-800-1600 are all good legs but their best 1200 is maybe Homa? 2:41 for 1k...not exactly great for them compared to their usual low-2:30s/4:20ish leadoff.

The Assisi TC of New York secured second place in the boys championship 4x800m relay with a time of 7:49.36. The quartet of Gabriel Wigutow, Jack Moreli, Collin McLaughlin, and James Ciaccio achieved this out of heat 3 of 4.

10.81 is MOVING for Ralph Johnson on a windy, rainy day in April. He might go under 10.5 this season. Ruffin is very good and he only ran 11.4 and 23.3 (PRs of 6.54 for 55m and 22.3 for 200m). Beating a guy who's gonna be knocking on sub-11/sub-22 by over half a second in the 100m is crazy.
