Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccines and treatments revenues, which peaked at $57 billion, are now expected to be $8 billion in 2024. That compares to the $13 billion analysts had foreseen and is down from Pfizer's lowered forecast for $12.5 billion in 2023.

Part of the covid vaccine "program" is consistently taking the vaccines as to keep up with the ever evolving strains of the virus. 3 years ago if you weren't vaccinated and then boosted you were going to drop dead from respiratory failure and/or pass it onto someone else (possibly through their cars air-intake vents?) and now this type of data would suggest the very people who perpetuated these narratives aren't supporting the big Pharmas that ultimately saved humanity? I don't get it.
I know we have some upstanding, science-driven, icons of human righteousness on these boards who helped educate us all on the vaccine - surely they have experience with the 4th, 5th, 6th + iterations of the vaccines and could help get us all (and Pfizers stock price) get back on the right tracks?

Your explanation goes back to the initial description of COVID-19...a novel coronavirus. The vaccine was for the novel virus and its possible mutations, but it's not on the list of regular viruses that some will get if not immunized early.
The goal was to mitigate COVID, and not to make it a regular shot for life. This makes sense for the nature of this type of virus. Otherwise, we'd get a SARS vaccine every year...we don't.
