They might not be able to find anyone willing to dive headfirst into that dumpster fire. Distance men scored zero points at heps. literally zero. The Brown distance coaching job sounds better than that one.
Well it’s listed as 90k so the AD/School clearly doesn’t care too much… maybe wide search is to try and find someone willing to get paid what a head xc coach gets paid to be a director.
Salary stars at $90,000, and is commensurate with experience.
That gives me the impression that $90k is a starting point, and the top choice will have some leverage to negotiate if they already have DI Director experience.

Providence doesnt get enough love, there is positivity happening there, especially on the womans side, give him a few years, hopefully he stays and they give him a chance. He is certainly doing more "coaching" than the previous one. What I cant figure out about the ivies, more kids dont use their athletice ability to get into an ivy, no scholorships but plenty of money in the ivies for needs based.
I predict BU will look to hire a minority with head coaching experience after the Gabe Sanders dumpster fire. Not surprised if they bring in a whole new staff.

It will be a whole new staff if they hire someone outside of the current staff.
I'm sure she's a great coach, not hating on her at all, but this part of the press release just sounds ridiculous: "Richtman used a scientifically-based training program to lead her athletes while optimizing fitness and performance."
