His actual 3 mile times are way slower cuz his only 2 sub 17 XC races were short courses anyway (cerritos and south bay) and his fitness was prob closer to his other XC times on milesplit which are like high 17 mins and 18
His 4:50 2:13 and 10:22 prove he has potential but hes running on his own right now and not with our team because he says hes training for track
maybe hes gonna come back to the team next year for XCbut i dont know for sure and he hasn't been doing any track workouts on strava just easy and recovery runs

then stop overhyping teams that only have 3 fast runners for next year. This won't be the next 'crazy' team.
Great Oak, Jesuit CA, Buchanan, and ML King each have at least 5 runners better than Palisades’s 4th man. So those 4 teams have a better chance to go to NXN than Palisades does
