Elon Musk was going to release the Fauci files to the public but then he got threatened and had to shut up and go silent. These files would have basically incriminated Fauci once and for all. Lot of hiding, lot of censorship, lot of subtle threats to cancel people, ruin their reputation, lose their job/income. Why? Because deception/money need to be preserved for the evil and complicit ones such as Fauci.
Rand Paul held the approval of diplomats up for months to get access to these files, which were just released to him, which is why Fauci now faces a criminal referral for lying to congress:
“This directly contradicts everything he said in committee hearing to me, denying absolutely that they funded any gain of function, and it’s absolutely a lie.”
The uncomfortable truth is that the world’s two largest economies: China and the U.S. ultimately we’re responsible for a global pandemic that killed millions and caused monumental economic damage.
Or real illness. Hard to treat death. A percentage of people suffer very real, life altering adverse immune reactions to certain vaccines. They are not mentally ill. They are individuals just like you whose immune systems operate slightly different. To label them as crazy is an insult of the lowest order. You should be ashamed of yourself.
99.9999%+of them have squat for a cause. Lawyers can get some money though
Lawyers won’t touch these cases because they will never get paid. The program lacks funding and the payouts thus far have been minuscule (on the order of $1,000 - $2,000).
Of more than 8,000 people who filed claims with the federal government alleging injuries from COVID-19 vaccines, three have now received cash payouts, new government data shows.
To bring a case in vaccine court typically costs $60,000-$100,000 because the court is shrouded in secrecy, there is no case history to follow and there are a handful of firms with experience in bringing cases. There are 8,000 claims that have been languishing for years, and the court’s approach has been to wait until claimants either run out of money or die.
Patients rarely have a case against drug manufacturers for side effects, especially super rare ones.
It’s impossible to account for all individual variation in drug trials. People die of allegories and acute side effects of all kinds of drugs with modest regularity globally.
As long as the drug has passed FDA review for safety I don’t see why the makers are liable - barring fraud?
Unless you think everyone should get a payout when anything bad happens to them? The millions dead and tens of millions with long term damage don’t have any recourse against the Feds that prolonged the pandemic, the morons who refused to get vaccinated etc.

I will not be making a claim because I am one of those "morons who refused to get vaccinated".
Healthy and well for 1239 out of the last 1241 days.

The unvaccinated didn’t prolong the pandemic because the vaccine did not stop transmission. Infection with omicron is ultimately what established herd immunity (it did in three months what the vaccine failed to do in two years). You’re not much of a doctor if you can’t see the fallacy of your statement.
The treatment of those with legitimate vaccine injuries by the government is an absolute disgrace. Many individuals lives were shattered by the vaccine and the government just wants to bury their stories in a secretive court system to maintain the safe and effective narrative.
For every person with an actual vaccine 'injury', there are probably 100 crazies claiming that they have one.
That's what makes the whole process so difficult. You lunatics are causing the issue.
What you find difficult is owning up to the crime of forced medical experimentation.

Correct. I also believe the vaccine put selective pressure on the virus, cultivating these variants, particularly in immunodeficient people. It’s a Coronavirus after all.
I don’t know about Medical Doctor here. I am one of those “morons” as are our immediate family members. 15 of us, probably, in the extended family. Nobody vaccinated and nobody with any post-viral issues whatsoever.
At the end of the day, I would be really upset if my doctor pressured me to get this particular vaccine and I had a major adverse event. I would sue the doctor, yes I would.

Exactly, they have as much culpability as the drug company that doesn’t customize every drug to every individual;
it’s just desire to blame someone for extremely rare bad outcomes of a thing that as a whole is massively beneficial for the population. Just way the cards fall sometimes. Sad but true.

And if you doctor/friend recommended a delicious snack that happened to contain a food you unknowingly were terribly allergic to… you’d sue them too?
You’d just be driving up healthcare costs for everyone else by suing for zero benefit to yourself!

But how do you care for those who suffer life altering consequences (and economic burden) from a vaccine that is essentially forced on them? Having witnessed the suffering of my niece from a vaccine injury (proven in vaccine court), I can assure you that the costs are considerable and agonizing for those near and dear to those affected by a vaccine injury. My sister-in-law quit her job as a nurse to provide round the clock care for my niece who was never able to walk or talk and required considerable care throughout her short suffering riddled through her short, suffering riddled life. If indeed you are a doctor, I am curious if you are experienced enough to have dealt with patients suffering from such afflictions, if you have experience with a family member who dealt with something similar. My guess is you haven’t, which is why you feel free to condemn others. My sister-in-law is a nurse, my brother is a professor, my wife is a dentist, I am an engineer. We are all very well educated and all felt very much the same as you until this happened to my brother’s family. Now we take a more empathetic view of the matter. To quote Mike Tyson, “Every body has a plan until they get punched in the face”. I can only hope that you do not have to experience such things. I will pray for you.

Most doctors only care about feeding overweight and obese people with chronic metabolic conditions more pills. The United States has great emergency and specialty health care.... general primary care oriented around healthy living... not so much.

Rare side effects are simply not anyone’s fault in our current legal system. They seen as an unavoidable accident. Obviously we set the allowable threshold for these rare events extremely low. For childhood vaccines it’s less than 1/1,000,000 or, far rarer than the chance of equivalent harm from the disease.
Medicine is always a probabilities game. People have weird, sometimes devastating reactions to the safest treatments sometimes.
I am empathetic towards these patients but I don’t think it’s somebody’s fault. Had they refused vaccination and then died/been severely injured by the disease no one would be blaming the medical establishment.

Every single one of you crazies has a shocking story about a family member like this.
Right because it’s the fault of physicians that Americans are on average fat, lazy and stare at screens all day? How is a PCP supposed to fix that? They can’t force a person to live healthier, just like an addiction specialist can’t help someone who has no interest in quitting drugs. Americans are addicted to junk food.
As far as the vaccine, people seem to take it to extremes…either everyone needs it or no one needs it because it’s dangerous and unproven. I don’t think either way makes sense. during the Omicron wave the majority of people dying in our hospital were unvaccinated but also generally unhealthy people.
At this point the only people who really need the vaccine are elderly/infirm and immunosuppressed. Current strains are much less dangerous.
I got three shots…no side effects. Didn’t get the bivalent booster. No one I personally know has had serious side effects from mRNA. Saw one person develop GBS from the J&J.

Physicians prioritized the lives of the "fat and lazy" (totally agree, by the way, jus refreshing to see a medical professional finally call a spade a spade) over the lives of everyone else for 2+ years... that part is the fault of physicians. Something to think about... when you read about someone who developed major depressive disorder due to months and months of isolation who eventually killed themself because US mental health care is a joke or about the young people who are developmentally delayed over the coming decades so we could give the "fat and lazy" more time to be overeat and sit around binge watching TV... think about, lockdown was more of what they had already been doing for most of their lives, but the medical establishment forced that lifestyle on the whole population, against their will in many cases.
I guess what I am trying to say is don't act like the health establishment didn't pick winners and losers these past few years.

Thanks for your honesty. I had two shots of Moderna. As did my wife. I had delta. We both had omicron. We didn’t vax our kids because there was not compelling data to support such action. They each had delta and omicron, and for both it was nothing more than a runny nose. We did not get any boosters, as omicron was the best booster. The boosters have been largely ineffective. I think they were recommending them too quick and were actually decreasing antibody levels in many individuals, as most people I know that had COVID after omicron were people who had been boosted. Due to the accelerated timeline on the vaccines, it is safe to say that the CDC and FDA were not always basing their advisement on the best science. It’s fair to question if the J and J vaccine should have been approved in the first place. I still have not seen any data indicating significant justification for vaccinating those under 25.
