See? Compulsive liar 😊 It has been proven here that you have never coached a sub 2:10 marathoner. You also were not that lady's coach. She stated that herself.
I would actually like you to be good. If you were, you wouldn't have ruined Sammy's career, and you wouldn't have ruined Phil's chances at OTQ 😪
You just keep on your drawel trying to blacking my coaching success. It really looks you have made this to your life's main last mission, lol 😂 I can prove every successful marathon case I have done up to date.🧙♂️🇸🇪
Then why don't you prove it? Oh, because it's all a big lie! 😂😂
And no one needs to "black" your coaching. Your athletes' horrible results take care of that 😉
I just looked it up. I was surprised to see that a 20:18.00 would have won the M65 WMA 5000 in 2022. Good luck on your goal. There are probably 2 dozen guys who can run sub 20, but you never know who will show up. It costs a lot for airfare and hotels.
Hahaha! I'm one of the world's best online running coaches, not a football coach. 😁😉
Failure with Phil, failure with Canefis, failure with Letlhogonolo, failure with Sammy... yeah, one of the best failures 😆
As I just said, you keep on your dravel....😁😉Phil ran a PB. at 10 miles after his old record was then 10 years ago. Canefis didn't tell me about his old foot injury whitch flared up again during the coaching of him and he had big difficulties to follow my pace instructions when running his interval workouts. Letlhogonolo was very happy I coached him to a South African Champ gold medal at 2 k cross- country. Sammy is so,so greatful and happy he took the decision to contact me to ask for coaching back in 2015. 🧙♂️🇸🇪🙏

What is "dravel"?
You were coaching Phil to OTQ in the marathon, not 10 miles - you failed.
You never got Canefis' training right. There's a whole thread that shows that - you failed.
Letlhogonolo? Oh dear. In that race there were fewer than 10 runners, zero elite. With you as his coach he ran slower at 800m and 1500m, despite your ignorant claim that he could run 3:31 🤦♀️ - you failed.
Sammy hasn't improved one single PB in 7 years - you failed.

My Sweden opens great in World Champs. Perseus Karlström takes the silver medal at 20 k walk. Congrats Perseus! :)
Now I follow the training approach running 3-4 times per week and just in interval form with 30 sec- 2 min reps and easy walking 1-2 min between. When the time come I feel ready to switch to my own invented successful training system it will be 5-6 sessions per week with short maxVO2 reps at 5 k race pace, lactate threshold intervals at close to half marathon pace and easy steady distance at 70-75 % of max heartrate. This is the plan to hopefully race in the Masters World Champs next year in my native city Gothenburg, Sweden.

We wish you luck 🤞 in your endeavours and a return to form. I'm thinking 🤔 of making the trip to Gothenburg next year as a spectator. Of course, as a former elite runner (8:20/14:20/29:50/1:06/2:22) you have nothing to prove, but from a health standpoint it would be great, not only for you, but also for your followers. Respect.
On another note, tears for the Swede who fell in the 1500 yesterday.

Thanks Ghost1,
The Swede who fell, Emil Danielsson, was decided by the judges to advance to semi final.

I catch some cold a few days ago and had a days fever but today felt quite good again and when it was a nice sunny day and + 20 C I went out for a run/ walk. It became 20 x 1 min + 2x 30 sec brisk run with 2 min walk rest between . It really gives me confidence to reach my goal to race in the Masters World Champs next year. I really feel like an aged 40 man in a biological body of soon 64 on Monday.😃🇸🇪🧙♂️J.S

maybe you should look into some miracle weight loss drugs like the American named OZEMPIC... you could be running your own training program, down 10-15 kilos in no time.

Ahaha! )) Well, I would never take a drug to speed up my improvement. I go the magic natural way with smart effective training at low volume. 😁😉👋

Respect, Sir. Congratulations to Stahl, ironically the same name as my former hero Kjell Erik Stahl, who I interviewed back in 1986 for "Athletics Weekly."
