Au contraire, Tuohy fanatics must now regroup and find the next hs phenom to over-hype. Rinse and repeat.
Does KT DNS the 5000m?
Agree. Hope she can figure out
can someone do a welfare check on fastuohy and astro to make sure they are ok?
Yeah, but so does Kemboi, Venters and Plourde.
If you had asked me before I would have said no way! But now I think she might.
Exactly
its like she peaked a couple months ago and never realized it. I honestly thought it was over after the first two laps as Im sure so many others did. the bigger question is does this keep her at NC State longer? especially if she is underwhelming in the 5K also?
Unless she has a medical issue, she will run.
Women's distance running in US and at NCAA is so competitive now. One cannot be that dominant. This is all good for US.

She is not a 4:06/4:24 runner right now.

Or does she maybe even transfer to altitude to get back on the good foot?

Checked on them and they're binge eating out of despair.
Right, it might be time for her to move on to legit pro training!

I don’t think she is a 1500 runner plain and simple.
The 1500 might not be Touhy's best event. But the winning time today was only 4:08. Touhy should have been able to run faster than that.
she will have no answer in the 5k, Valby will.....just saying from what occurred in the 1500

I bet Touhy doesn't take the 5k out fast. She learned her lesson.

I will be amused if she follows Starliper to Colorado. And I feel like Starlper would be annoyed.

Well, its not others being faster than her PBs. She just blew up running paces she ran in March.
