I believe she was wearing a Nike top with NB bottoms. I would be shocked if Nike would go anywhere near her. Remember, Lauren and Nick were dismissed from Nike's OTC. Nick then went around telling people Nike was sponsoring his injection experiments. Oh, and Nick pretended to be a coach at the University of Oregon aka Nike U.
ahahaha. The other thing you see are posters who can dish it out but can't take it. LOL. Lot's of them here. They tend to fall into one of the two categories. HAHAHAHA
Well given that Solinsky was a damn good runner, that’s not the insult that you think it is. It’s cute that you think that’s a slam to compare someone to him.
Give it a rest. The "truth"is that you are a nincompoop for trying to be an apologist the HU trainwreck.
This site always has a cognitive dissonance about this topic because it bought the idea that AW was a victim, groomed, manipulated, etc. Maybe there is an elemnent of truth, with the promise of future glory luring her in. But she always knew exactly what she was bargaining for, and that staying with the Johnsons was necessary for, as Nick put it, "all her dreams to come true." That always meant doing for AW what Nick did for Lauren in her pro career. She is now nearly 20 and accountable for her decisions. She consciously chose to make a deal with the proverbial devil. This latest race was a complete slap in the face to the entire sport, that a 19 year old embroiled in a baleful scandal supposedly suddenly ran the second fastest time in NCAA history clean. Even the founders of this site finally had enough it seems and have finally allowed an honest discussion of this farce. No one is fooled.
Want to prove the doubters wrong? Well then get away from the Johnsons and HU, join a reputable program with reputable coaches, and we will find out. But if she thought she could run anywhere near as fast without the Johnson's help she would have gone to CU to begin with.

Can anyone sum up the pending charges against Nicholas Johnson and the University? Where does it currently stand? Expected trial date? Etc
To add to FellowHoosier's post, there are basically three distinct cases here. Two involve claims under Indiana law, and one involves claims under Federal law.
1) The first case is a suit for damages under Indiana law. It was filed by a group of ex-HU runners who claim Johnson and others did a variety of bad things for which they should pay.
2) The second is a suit for damages under Title IX, the federal sex discrimination law. It was also filed by the ex-runners. It alleges that HU violated Title IX when it learned that Johnson and the others were mistreating the women, and did not stop them.
3) The third is a criminal case under Indiana law. It charges Nick Johnson with sexual battery and battery. This case arose out of the police investigation into the allegations by the women who are suing Johnson.
Right now, the various law suits are all being heard in a federal district court in Indiana. It is in federal court b/c Title IX is a federal law, and because federal law permits the parties to consolidate their claims so they are all heard by one court.
As FellowHoosier says, Huntington has filed a motion to dismiss the claim under Title IX. Title IX requires the runners to show that there was a specific person with authority at HU who knew the runners were being mistreated and did not use his authority to make Johnson stop. HU claims there was no such person, and that as a result, the case must be dismissed.
As FH says, the judge is considering this motion. If she grants it, the rest of the suits for damages will be sent to the Indiana courts, since they all involve people who lived in Indiana doing things in Indiana, and thus raise no federal issues.
Finally, the criminal case is being heard in the Indiana courts. A few weeks ago, Nick Johnson asked the court to move the case out of Huntington. According to FH, the trial judge denied that motion, and the case is rolling along.

Something very, very off about her. Imagine if Katelyn Tuohy, Nico Young after signing on to #1 XC colleges NC State and NAU outta hs, then changed their minds after graduating hs, and imstead went to some POS NAIA "college"... which also has coaches supposedly molesting women, doping, abusing. etc.. Was Addy recruited by NC State, Stanford, Oklahoma? Why would you decommit from Boulder to go to a joke college? Running doesn't last forever, some day she will need to put that POS "University" on her resume. So she's faster than Katelyn Tuohy now, and is supposedly going back to that POS school for sophomore year, instead of transferring to a legitimate school/program??? Never heard of such a crazy thing! Is she tested for doping in that weak NAIA league?
Forget the doping, molesting, abuse at that joke college. Why on earth would a #1 or #2 hs runner chose such a joke college? Top recruits Lex and Leo Young going to prestigious Stanford, and Addy goes to a "local junior college." NOT buying it. You either go to a top university like the Young twins, top running college like NAU and NC State, or do something rare- pro like Hobbs Kessler out of HS (I think he goes to NAU?) Does she have a "special relationship" with the wife coach? I find it so creepy and bizarre. Is she regularly tested for doping? Just don't believe she's seconds faster that Tuohy now
There is a whole big scandal, and a pending criminal trial for one of her coaches. Part of it is that her coaches have been credibly accused of doping their athletes with steroids and epo, and a number of former HU athletes have blown the whistle. And even worse. There is a whole thread with links to the relevant documents. Supposed insiders chime in with alleged info about testing dates, but even if true doping is almost impossible to catch, especially epo use. And her coaches appear to be experienced at the practice. The rest is easy to fill in the blanks. The whole thing is a dispiriting mess and a sham.
You would a fool to believe anything associated with this trainwreck. But it comes down to what you can get away with, suspicions or not. Just look at her coach Lauren Johnson's career. If you get away with it, you can chemistry yourself onto a world team. Just takes a bit of will.
It’s very hard to appreciate and trust Wiley as an athlete given all of the circumstances. Nonetheless I’m eager to see how she completes with our top US talent
