I am a very slow d3 runner. My 8k pr was a 28:12. I have been predominately doing 50-55 mile weeks. In indoor track I ran a 16:55 5k then outdoors I dropped it down to 16:10. I also ran 34:30 in the 10k. I really want to raise mileage into the mid 70s because I have been consistently running in the 50s. If I stay healthy this summer and do my hills and mileage is 26 mid to high reasonable for me? I'm just wondering if it's too ambitious.
