In a bit of a question spot right now, just finished up my associates at a junior college (freshman eligibility) and I have PRs of 4:16, 16:14, 27:31, and 33:51 not sure which event is gonna be my I was running roughly 60 mile weeks in track, long runs are always my best workouts, but I definitely have more genetic talent in the shorter events (dad was a 1:53 guy, mom was a 55 gal)
