Sorry yes. There are plenty of Kenyan runners with a similar management structure to Faith K (now in Kaptagat and with GSC). Gudaf Tsegay trains with 3/4 of the top 30 women in the World at 1500/5,000 and is distinctly better than all of them. If it was *just* drugs, there wouldn't be outliers like this.
Astro, nobody is naive to drugs being a part of the sport, but talent/health/opportunity/training are as well. So to say to every athlete who has a breakthrough -- DRUGS is somewhat lazy.
