    Confirmation:

    She was only 32, so young. Given the nature of this forum, and it's sad that I even have to say this, I do not want any disrespectful rumours about long-term drug effects, because that is NOT what caused this. Mods please be on the lookout.

    Looks like suicide from the Instagram post but what is Askew talking about with her being "black balled"? I wondered where the heck she has been lately but was she suspended for something or is that referring to something else.

    Whatever the situation I really liked watching her run and wish she was still doing it.

    For context, she left Pure Athletics a few months after her altercation with Shaunae Miller-Uibo, following which she was banned from Chula Vista training centre (where she was training after because of injuries) as they claimed she owed them $6000 which she rebuffed. She struggled to get back to form without having sufficient access to resources, and also suffered with depression issues.

    Thank you but that isn't being "black balled from USA Track and Field" as the post states. That is being banned from one building. I interpret that quote as being denied entry into any USATF sanctioned event but there is no context in the accusation.

    Well, I've said what I know. There might be more information that her family may or may not disclose when or if they see fit. For now we shouldn't speculate and unite to wish her family and friends well.

    Can anyone verify if Tori was depressed? That one instragram post that was referenced earlier in this thread first suggested it but when questioned on IG, the person did not provide a legitimate response on how he "knew" she was depressed.

    Why would someone feel comfortable telling a stranger (you) personal 'legitimate response' information like that? Think about it.
