Ahh you must be referring to that little known rule book of what runners of different age groups are and aren’t allowed to do.
The question is sort of silly because foreigners come to the US and enroll in high school sometimes 3 years older than their peers. Kelati was one of them.

I don’t think we’ll see a sub 4 sophomore this year. I think Noah Strohman and Caden Leonard are the most likely next year at this point. Too early to predict beyond that class, although there ate some quick middle schoolers.

Update Broen Holman ran 9:03.11 3200m March 18th 2023, don't know much but not a bad race for the first one of the season. Looked like about a 62 last lap.
