Do you guys think I have a chance at sub 4:55 and sub 2:10 1600/800 ?
Mile pr is 5:00.88 and 800 pr is 2:11.6
2 mine is also 10:23 but I’m not in 2 mile or shape rn I don’t think
also did 15 mins in 6:15 then 2 mins rest, code then 20 mins at 5:49
and 7 miles at 6:40 but that’s not super crazy
