What makes this more impressive is that is a really slow track. The straights are SO LONG which makes the turns hairpin turns. You can see he loses so much speed on the turns because it's just not possible to turn 180 degrees in 5 steps at 21/22 second 200 pace.

Sidenote - i don't understand why they wouldn't get an inside rail if you have world record holder at your meet.

Almost as bad as Sally Vix asking if Grant Holloway could "even break 50" in the 400m the other day. But I faith Wiggy will come on here and say Warholm could run the 400m hurdles faster on an indoor track.
