Monday - usually a fast pace workout, normally 12x200 or 8x400
Tuesday - east 50 minute run if we didn't have a game
Wednesday - we played soccer
Thursday - normally 4xmile repeats or 8x800 or game
Friday - we played soccer
Saturday - hour run or game
My girls soccer team won 15 of their 17 regular season games and won their regionals. Majority of them run track and are state qualifiers.
Should I change anything? I think they should do one more track workout but I don't know.
