Seems like this is pretty common?
In my 20s and 30s I loved cold weather - snowboarding, mountain climbing, snowshoeing, etc. I’ve spent years in both Colorado and Montana, and was still psyched to see snow storms in April.
Nowadays I wish the summers were much longer. Fall weather is still very nice, but the novelty of Winter is gone for me within like a month. By mid-January Im counting down the days until spring. The idea of consistently running outside in freezing temps has become more and more unpleasant as each year goes by.
I reckon it’s time to get myself a Rascal and move to Florida? How do people do it year in and year out in places like the Northeast?
