It's just too bad so little ROI will result because the product has been roundly rejected by the running segment. And our girlfriends only need a couple pair per year to wear to go to yoga class, Ozo Coffee, and the gym. They probably only outsell Newton and maybe Salomon and Reebok in the running market at this point. Nike, Brooks, Saucony, New Balance, Asics, even Adidas and Mizuno and Hoka aren't looking over their shoulders for On. If they would ditch the inadequate Cloudtech/Speedboard and get some superior foams to mate to their otherwise appealing design then they might have something that can compete. Without sales to support the budget, the largesse of OAC's expenditures won't be sustainable. With Ritz and Wheating in-house, it would be funny if OAC moved to Nike if and when On attempts to slash their budget and becomes BTC of the Rockies.
