I’m racing my first 2 mile since before XC season (11:3x) soon. I just ran a 4:5x indoor over the weekend and ran just over 60 in the 400 right after. My endurance isn’t crazy strong but I’m consistently hitting 45-50 miles a week. What kind of pace should I take out my 2 mile at? I just don’t know how to really run one, and I would wanna know how to pace it well.
