She was injured, but also took no interest In being a part of the team culture. Very focused on only herself. For a very close knit team this isn’t going to work.
Good for her. They probably hammer their easy runs at NAU. She knows what works for her, and being able to run more alone and at your own pace can pay dividends (as illustrated).
You can find the NAU training online, and the guys at least don't really hammer daily. You're not getting downvoted for "the truth" but because you don't actually know what you're talking about.
