Um, I said DGN will be in the top 3 last summer. Find my quote. When the lame "speed ratings" put them way down there. What were they rated last summer, like 18? throw the speed ratings out, they were so inaccurate for so long. DGN, top three. Plainfield North, top 10.
Sw = Southwest, So = South, Ca = California, Ne = Northeast, Nw = Northwest, Se = Southeast, Mw = Midwest, HI = Heartland = Ny = New York. Point total for each region is the placement of the top 2 teams for each region.
Make your predictions of which regions are the best regions this year, and their point total (point total = combined score of the placement for top 2 teams for each region at nxn).

What do you think would be the top teams' 2 mile averages on a track, if they were to go out and race it right now?
Based on Herriman's Woodbridge times, averaging 14:21 for the 3 mile course, I would convert that as a 9:00 3200 average. However, Cross Country doesn't equal Track. Altitude runners tend to perform better at cross country.

Using a race conversion calculator, it equates to a 9:16 3200 or 9:20 2 mile - are you taking additional time off for cross country versus track? Although Woodbridge is already a fast course.

it's around 9:00, you will see this on the track this upcoming season. This year's course was slower than last years course. Technically if you broke 14:19 at woodbridge, you already broke 9. The course doesn't allow the runners to wear spikes
