A 2:50 Marathon does not mean you can run a Marathon a day for weeks. That is ultra marathon territory. I wouldn't say it's impossible for her, but I would be highly skeptical since she removed all the evidence from Strava.

She explained on the Inside Running Podcast
I followed her on strava for a few months. Nothing raised red flags (and I was looking for them closely). Basically just very easy paced 42 km runs about 2 mins per km slower than marathon pace. She is a lightweight runner with good biomechs. and reckons she rarely gets injured. Her journey had been very easy to follow until quite recently.
And the wannabe race cheat sleuths around here show themselves to be some of the worst, yet again.
It's reasonable to be a bit cynical about this sort of endeavour. There have been a few dodgies. I am still a bit sceptical about the guy who ran across Aus from WA. His methods seemed a bit odd and some of his data was cause for concern on close exam.
This lass kept posting data on Strava that looked legit. People often joined in with her. Her decision to stop posting on Strava happened a long way in, her reasons seem sound (safety from stalkers).
Running a slow marathon every day for 5 months is not gonna be easy but is not ridiculous. Unless someone posts something to show otherwise I will put my cynics hat away and accept her performance as legit.
