Everybody seems to assume oxygen delivery is Young's limiting factor. It isn't. He's thoroughly acclimated and this sort of workout is his wheelhouse.
A 10 mile run in 50' at 7000ft just a good solid workout, but doesn't preclude getting run into the ground at sea level. Sub T is useless terminology.

The guy has no wheels. And that 10k in abq wore everyone out at ncaa
The guy has plenty of wheels; he ran 3:37 last spring. That he got out kicked by one stud who had the much easier task of tucking in while Nico and Drew pushed is not evidence that he doesn’t have wheels.
