Does anyone have any experience with cutting out alcohol and replacing with occasional smoking in the evening to take the edge off?
I'm getting really sick of drinking too much and am worried I'm destroying my body through binge drinking. I also think cutting back would be beneficial to my work, being a parent, husband and running.
I've tried to cut back a few times in the past but have always come back because I just need something to relax/take the edge off. And all I've know in the past is to have a few beers.
This time, I want to replace with an occasional vape in the evening before bed. I feel like having a little vice is the best way to kick the habit.
Does it work? I've heard secondhand that this can be an effective strategy. However, I don't know anyone personally.
