Overall, my covid experience was very mild- some congestion, light sinus pressure, a bit of fatigue, and a slight cough.
Overall not a big deal at all, but my runs have really been struggling- while running my HR is high, my energy is low, my nose is running, and I just don't have much strength. This is very concerning because I'm entering the peak phase of training for NYCM and I'm hoping to train heavily over the next 3-4 weeks.
It's been 5 days since the initial symptoms (and 2 days of being symptom free). But I still feel crappy on my runs, and I'm eager to be running strong again.
What was your recovery from covid like? How long before you were able to feel strong on your runs?
