Semihaze true identity revealed!
Nothings ironic just stating the obvious, I know you too well, you were the same person that said Marlee Starliper was NC State's best runner last year 😂
Who tf is that singer 😂😂😂 and what tf is up w that awful song, yuck
You were the same person that said Tuohy is no good and that she was an awful person in high school, you also said she was ducking competition and did not want to compete with Starliper and also said Starliper > Henes
😂😂 need i say more
Sam Bush won it and she may have broken the course record 15:14 !!!! Also MARIAH HOWLETT is faster than Savannah Shaw !! oh my gosh, she didnt even qualify for nationals in the 5000m and now she runs 16:37 an almost 1-minute PB
FR Hartman is indeed fast, shes the fastest freshman, she actually trains with the top group. Brooke Rauber finished behind her
Sam Bush is either NC State's second best runner or she's actually their best runner this season .... she ran 15:14 and was not even winded at the finish line.
Mariah Howlett could possibly be the 6th and Savannah Shaw is the 7th - what a turn of events.
Bush, Howlett, Shaw and Mareno went altitude training in Colorado - Bush and Howlett showing great improvements from last year!!!
NC State just figured out its Top 7 !
16:14!!!!
16:14. Great race either way. She is a returning AA.
The next two races should settle the 6th and 7th spots.
What is scary is that I feel like Nevada Mareno is faster than Mariah Howlett. Mareno trains with the top group with Starliper and Bush. Howlett trains with the second group with Quarzo and Hartman.
Top group in workouts
Tuohy, Bush, Starliper, Mareno, Seymour, Shaw
Second group in workouts
Howlett, Quarzo, Hartman, Chmiel, Hays
Mareno havent even raced yet, she could possibly be the 6th and then Howlett could snatch the 7th if they can stay consistent
Shaw may not get in top 7 if she doesnt improve in the next races.
Well looks like the women are in GREAT shape!
19:30 6k pace for Sam Bush’s 16:14.5 victory!
Nice to see Marlee fairly close just less than 6 seconds back in 16:20.1 (about 19:37ish 6k pace).
With Brooke Rauber running 17:12.1 and having 5 other NC State women ahead of her, AND having the top women not even running, I don’t see anyway that she’s making the championship squad this season…
😂😂 dude ok chill .. 16:14
slept 2am coz we have exams later
lighten up (Francis), I did not comment, I assumed it was a typo
Just wanted to see how shes squares up w the others, and by looking at it, theres a freshman faster than her, not a confidence booster for her. She has waited for her turn, she might have to wait a year or two...if she gets tired waiting hope she knows that she can actually be another school's scorer.
no literally though she ran 15;14 😂😂 hence i commented she might be their best runner
Is Bush faster than Tuohy and Chmiel now?

Hartman is a stud. She’s going to be a good one.
Since Coach Henes likes to stay true to her Ohio roots and always have a Buckeye or a few on the roster, she needs to snag a girl named Katie Clute. She could be the best to come out of Ohio in a while. Laurie, if you read this, sign her!
Surprised that another Ohioan, Sam Bush, won today with the time that she did. Maybe she is better than I thought she is.

No, there is no way that Bush is better than Chmiel and no way in hell that she’s faster than Tuohy.
Sam Bush is like Shaw 2.0 ... a really fast runner, she pushed Katelyn last season outdoors, but the things is ... shes inconsistent, last season is the best example of it... ran fast 3k, then slow mile, fast 800, slow 1500, fast 1500, slow 800, fast 5000, slow 5000
hopefully her altitude training can get her through this new season consistently... i actually initially have her as the third best xc runner but after today, i feel like shes faster than chmiel
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
