So she got sick of the drug testing that was offered in triathlons and went to Ultras who are notorious for not testing anyone for PEDs got it.

Don’t know about the course cutting incident but the doping issue was PROVEN to be due to contamination of a supplement she was taking. I don’t believe she intentionally doped, she did her suspension, time to move on.

Do they test at any ultras? Western States or UTMB?

Is the assumption here that she cheated her way to victory again? is it possible to do that at badwater? Not too familiar with the race but it has a reputation and so it probably has the structure to catch cheaters

I mean, what are the odds that she quit doping and then all of a sudden was better than when she doper? It seems like she just quit doing triathlon because she got tested and then she switched to ultras doped harder because ultras don’t test.

No, I’m sorry, it is not time to move on when someone behaves like this. Taking shady supplements and reaping the benefits from what shady gives you is not a get out of jail free card.

Cutting courses is the cardinal sin of running. From an early age I knew this without anyone telling me. You run the entire course and don’t stop or cut corners. This is what running is as opposed to orienteering or other silly sports.

Two strikes is enough for me. I wouldn’t trust anything she says or does.

On the other hand if ultras only test at the race day its meaningless.

An athlete could be doped out of his mind year round, take shorter lasting drugs and be all clear on race day.

I saw the finish line picture this morning and thought the same thing. It actually caused me to google her name and "cheater". I don't know why you would have your crew member dress exactly like you - so odd.
